Save the Kitty! An Empathy Simulator

Good day to you, valuable employee. Let's take a simple test. This test is about your general empathy for others*.

Well(™), should we begin?

The company prepared a simple but Well(™)-thought scenario for you: A little kitty got scared and hid in a cardboard box. Poor kitty! Let's help this tiny creature!

Now, emotions aside, let's talk business. Though a simple task, it is critical for your future career at Well(™) Corporation and all its subsidiaries (Well Technologies, Well Sales Limited). So read the instructions carefully, and remember: a Well(™)-being of the company is our priority.

Simulator Instructions:

• Use your right hand to control the "mouse" device. (Left-handed people are allowed to use their favorite hand, however, 97% of executive management and board of directors are right-handed. Just a casual reminder.)
• Follow the instructions of the simulator. Please cooperate with the simulator otherwise your test results could be compromised, as Well(™) as your future employment.
• Figure out a way to lure the kitty out of the box. Remember: we (as a company) are Well (™)-known for our environmental activities. To be a loyal employee, you shouldn't use any violent methods in any way. 
• Your test results will be used as a reference in your future Mandatory Performance Improvement Plan (MPIP)
• Last but not least: we believe that Well(™) Corporation is a fun place to work. So have fun!
